Refund Policy

At Angelic Organics, we want you to love your products! If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✔ Items must be purchased directly from www.angelicorganicshair.com.
✔ Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Email hello@angelicorganicshair.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide a return shipping address. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
3️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return your item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
